Best way to Clean second Floor windows , afraid of heights

Need to know best way to clean 2nd floor windows. Afraid of height. Can I use gardenhose and an additive?

I used Windex Spray Outdoor Glass and Patio Cleaner on our last homes widows and loved it. It attaches to your hose and you just spray then rinse. Make sure to rinse right away if you are working in the sun as streaks can happen if the product dries before it's rinsed properly.
