That's quite a project. Depending on what you will use it for. I would loose the door, awning and windows. Paint with a modest color and choose a light coordinating trim color. Replace the door and windows with something more modern. Plant bushes on the corners to break up the box shape. Build a nice porch. Get some window boxes. I would start there.

It's has a lot possibility. I think I would place a stucco finish on the block. Extend the roof out about 8 feet and add a full porch. It looks more like an old shop was it a home?
