3po3 on Apr 02, 2011I agree with Bob. Looks like it would pay to improve the drainage at your house before working on the siding. As far as a cost estimate, it's hard to say without knowing what material you want, etc. I recommend getting at least three estimates. You should be able to find reliable contractors here on HomeTalk. Good luck, Ran.Helpful Reply

James A on Apr 17, 2011If that is all the damage it shouldn't be much. Just replace the bad wood and replace. probably under $40.Helpful Reply

Ji.flooring2009 on Nov 22, 2014The reality is ya it could cost you the figures ball parked here but you won't know until you open it up. Check for water damage which may have led to rot. It looks like your on a slab foundation, any moisture problems inside, visible, musty smells, wet smells etc... If your lucky the prices here would be accurate. But any time your home and water meet it's usually always a can of worms. I've seen the smallest repair job turn in to hundreds later. Not trying to scare you just giving a deeper perspective.Helpful Reply
