DIY Polish to Restore Wood Furniture

Most of the furniture in our home has either been purchased from a garage sale, been handed down to us, or has *ahem* been trash picked. Yes, we’re dumpster divers. We’ve picked up some really wonderful pieces of furniture this way, and all that is needed is a little tender loving care to turn someone else’s trash into a treasure. With wood furniture, often all that is needed is some good old fashion polish. Learn how to make your own here -> http://learningandyearning.com/diy-polish-to-restore-wood-furniture

Hi I have a inexpensive parquet floor in my living room and dining room. We were just starting out and it's all we could manage my husband put 2 coats of polyurethane on it but its now peeling in some places, it looks worn in some places, etc. I just want to spruce it up somehow. Any suggestions??
    • @Michelle LePage Geuze Hi! I'm afraid that that's out of my league, but I'm sure that someone in a good paint store would be able to advise you. :)
