Dining Room Makeover

After 7 years I was tired of the dark red and needed lighter brighter colors. Still have a few things left to do but its 90% done and I'm much happier with it now. http://tinybitzofme.blogspot.com/2013/11/happy-thanksgiving-dining-room-makeover.html
New dining room paint color lightened the room up a lot.
New fall arrangements that fit in nicely with the new color scheme.
Buffet wall is getting a 24x24 stencil in 2-tone darker paint next week.
Dressed for Thanksgiving.
More of a rustic French Country look now.
Before & After!

Looks cozy. On the before scheme, I think the bright white was too stark to use with the red. I would have liked the colour you now have on your wainscoting with it.

You cant go wrong with yellow, golden beige, honey, caramel, wheat or straw. All of those colors are very forgiving when it comes to decorating.
