How to Install a Sheet Vinyl Floor
DIY Grouted Vinyl Floor
You may be able to get a remnant (off cut) of sheet vinyl at a carpet store, Habitat Re-store or on clearance at a big Box store. They are usually left over from a roll, and are inexpensive.
I'm a little unsure by what you mean by "make a vinyl bathroom floor." Vinyl flooring, either sheet of luxury vinyl tiles and planks, are both glued down to the bathrooms existing subfloor. There is also a vinyl product that has a floating installation. "COREtec Plus Flooring."
