Susan S on Feb 18, 2017Whew - one down and a few more to go!! Good job there Bernice!! You do know there's a small roller tool that has teeth so you can score the wall paper, right? If any of the remaining border is vinyl, scoring before you start applying the spray mixture will allow for more thorough penetration. I have a family room that I papered below the chair rail. It is in desperate need of coming off. I just don't have the nerve to tackle it. Good luck, looks like there's no shortage of projects!!Helpful Reply
