Don't know what to do with them. Need a project to use them with..Any ideas?

Used stir sticks from Home Depot and my Dremel tool to make them. And a little stain.

  • These are really cool. What about mounting them in a shadow box frame? Add an interesting background?

They would look great as an inlay on a box.

If you own your home they would be beautiful on your font door. Google Dream Catcher that is a good idea too. Glue to a headboard, table top, a tray and hang. Beautiful work

I think applying them to a wooden keepsake box would be cool.

Kind of surprised no-one has suggested adding them around the edges of a mirror to frame it.....A round mirror would be gorgeous! Also, you could circle a room with a loose flowing look...as if they have just blown off of trees....You could make a "tree" with some rough boards, cut to the shape of a tree and mounted on the wall....add a few leaves to the tree itself, then have the others on the wall as if the wind is sweeping them away. the leaves are really unique....also, you could add them to rustic wooden lamps....I am sure they would sell, as the whole "rustic trend" is very popular right now. Also, they would look great as an artistic addition to handmade rustic signs....they would also sell very well. Think about starting an Etsy site....Just a few ideas for you; hopefully you will be able to use some of them....Good job on the leaves, and very creative. Thinking about asking for a Dremel for my birthday!

Linda thank you. Great ideas, I'm hoping to live up to all of these suggestion. As far as the dremeI, I love it and I've only scrached the surface of its uses.

  • All my ideas have already been suggested but just wanted to say how beautiful these are! You did a fantastic job and should continue with this hobby! You are great at it! Thanks for sharing. 👍

I collected some fall leaves, paint them, and frame them on a black background. Everyone like the frame mounted on the wall of my living room. You may do the same with your cool feathers.
