Wondering what to do with all those easter eggs you see in the stores besides filling them in baskets and containers? Why not make decorative sleeves out of them to cover plain candles or glass containers? It's as easy as simply gluing the egg sides together around your vessels . . . and, BAM! A super cute handmade sleeve perfect for your Easter décor!
All you have to do is dab a bit of hot glue to one side of a plastic egg and press together with another egg, around a candle or glass candleholder.
Continue gluing eggs on at sides until they form a ring.
Then start a second . . .
third and fourth row, following the same color progression!
The eggs are free standing per row, so you can use one row or more, or just keep them grouped or straight, or vary the colors, left or right, or just mix them up! They slip right off! Your choice!
Oh, and did I say this is so quick and easy?
Enjoyed the project?
