How do you get wrinkles/creases out of a new vinyl tablecloth?
Round vinyl/cotton backed tablecloth, not an expensive one. Came folded in a square. How can I get creases/wrinkles out?
Wash with hydrogen peroxide and laundry soap.
1.) if this stain is an old stain and the clothing has gone through wash and dryer then the stain could be set. May not be removable. Worth a try.
2.) don't use the following on delicate fabrics such as silk.......
3.) many athletic teams use the following methods. Works for me.
FELS NAPTHA (looks like solid soap bar) is sold in grocery store laundry section, approx $1. Product dates back many decades. BEWARE dries your hands so wear gloves at all times. Wet garment, rub the bar onto target area, for increased effectiveness, soak for at least an hour in hot sudsy water. Then wash as usual in washing machine. I also add 1 vinegar cup or so as a rinse agent. If still stained, don't dry clothes b/c it may set the stain. Repeat the soaking phase with Fels Naptha, wash again, etc.
// the other method is to let the garment soak in a WHITE VINEGAR / water bath, launder in machine as usual.
Colloidal Silver will take the set in underarm stains away.
I use a spray product called "Mean Green" on all types of stains. My sister-in-law had 5 children and she swore by this product. It is available with or without bleach. I buy the type without bleach so that way I don't have to worry about bleach spots. You can also use this in the kitchen, bathroom, outside furniture, washing the car, etc. I have bought it at Walmart, Dollar Stores, and some local stores.
I love this product for getting out new stains that I buy from Thrive. https://thrivemarket.com/ecover-stain-remover so far its worked on blood and all manner of food stain, even oils. It comes with a little scrubber right on the cap as well.
