How to Replace a Tile and Save Some Shekels
My suggestion is: measure the tile so you have the needed size; match the color or pattern; then take a hammer & lightly tap the tile until it breaks apart enough to remove pieces. Once the largest pieces are removed, continue until you have chipped out the grout material on all four edges, clean up with a vacuum cleaner. Then carefully apply grout to the 4 edges & carefully insert the new tile, making sure that all edges are sealed into the grout. NOTE: IF your tile piece is on a wall, you will need to put in 'spacers' to hold the tile in position until it is dry enough to stay in place when the spacers are removed; then fill the 'spaces' with more grout. apply a sealer to the grouted areas once the grout has thoroughly dried. Do NOT get the grout wet until it has been sealed or the water will dissolve the grout & you will be back to square one.

Almost impossible without it being noticed. Replace it.
