I'm not sure I understand your question, can you please clarify?
its probably just an attempt to catch your eye with the title, as for the directions on "how to" it depends on the source... there are master gardeners, mechanics, trade painters, contractors and a few of us from "tried that" did/didn't work school. as far as i can tell...the majority of comments to queries are honestly trying to help .
this site can be broken down by sections,,diy, gardening, up cycling ,crafts etc. if the tittle doesn't match what you are trying to find....ask again. if it was phrased as a question and no one responds it may have been taken down by administration.
I find when it doesn't match, it's because the original question was poorly stated, horribly misspelled, or was cut off. In attempt to figure it out, maybe sometimes we guess someone's request wrongly. I know a couple times I've put in a link, only to have it be the link to the last topic and my copy attempted failed.
Don't sweat the small stuff, have fun.
