Is it getting enough water?
did you water it atall(necessary for the first while to help it set) ..if so is it at a steep incline .. and do any animals use your yard if so there is issues right there....
New turf needs to be watered literally daily in most applications....for a month or more until it gets a strong set of roots that can support the new growth. At this point, you can try watering it consistently to see if it will come back, but it may be lost.

Was this turf professionally installed? There is a definite process to laying turf to help it "adhere" to the soil. If you DIYed it, did you follow the process and, yes, water, water, water! 💦
