Could you decorate a nice frame with them that she could put her certificate/diploma in?
Why don't you glue them on a base to use as a trivet. Or just put them in a very pretty clear glass jar.
You could put them around a really nice frame for her certificate/diploma. Or this beade key chain idea is lovely for one of them http://pin.it/_WMN_tt
Use them to put on fishing tackle hooks, to prevent tangles and cuts.
I hang tarps from the eve to keep rain off my fire wood. I use oversize cup hooks and put the brass hole protectors on the tarp over them. I found the wind would blow them off. A wine cork firmly over the end of the hook, stopped the wind from blowing the tarp rings off.
Lost caps on gas and/or diesel fuel cans, shape the cork to fit. I have several in that chore. Hang in front of glass windows and doors with fishing line, the wind will move them enough to keep birds from flying into the glass.
Try mounting them on a canvas with a favorite saying like "Wine Not"
my friend makes wreaths out of them, they're nice
