Faux Tin Tiles; a Vintage Look, Revisited

I've always loved the vintage look of ceiling tiles or backsplashes using metal. The old time originals were made in a press, but lacking access to one, I learned how to make them in my own fashion.
Always one to develop my own take on things, this project is no exception. I got the original instructions to make these online, and then developed my own designs to be totally unique. This is a great way to unleash your inner creative side - don't be scared, this is not an expensive craft, so it won't matter if you mess up your first try.

The leaves are drawn with a knitting needle, of all things, from the front of the tin. Then, turn it over and work the metal from the back to make the leaf shapes puff out.
Different techniques make the leaves look like they are in relief.
Trees are always one of my favorite subjects, and the rugged bark looks like it's in 3d.
