Check into upgrading the amount of data on your phone, it seems that it is coming down from orbit to be a bit more reasonable. We live with our middle child, he needed a tax break and didn't want to live alone( I think he wanted a cook and someone to clean and fix things in the old house). Our daughter and her four year old are struggling so we are helping her out with her phone, even though we really can't afford it ourselves.
Is there a way to reset your computer? You may want to check into this, for there is lots of info in these articles, and the feedback is super. J.
