No. That's the natural order of things. If you have cats that will stay around the pecan trees, they can keep the squirrels on the move, but squirrels are faster than cats. I'm sorry. 😇💞
Try bird netting.

We have just learned to share our pecans with the squirrel. LOL
I am not sure there is much you can do. If your pecan trees are close to any other kind of trees, the squirrels can jump from one to the other.
Thanks to everyone who answered my question. The pecans are not ready yet. Maybe there will be a few left. We had a good crop last year. I harvested them as fast as they were ready.
