Min Pins are tiny and need to go out every couple of hours. If that is not posible, start using puppy pads. And take the dog to the vet, it may have a urinary tract infection.
Thanks, I use mini pads and take him out early in morning, but every time
he see a plastic bag or a box he lift his tiny leg and bum!
At any rate I clean after him as he is a great companion And today he has his appointment at 14:00 with a vet. For a physical exam.
thanks for your time and advise.

Is it the same place all the time where he pee's ? If yes, try putting a little bit of peppermint oil on a cotton ball or pad and put it where he pee's. Vic's Vapo-rub applied to cotton and place in the pace also works as well. Good luck with your pup.
