I collected Grey Goose bottles for my project. I like the large size and also the weight (not easy to tip over).
After cutting off top plastic sleeve and removing cork stopper. I washed the bottles in alcohol and let them dry. I printed up some “Fall sayings“ and decoupaged it on the bottles with some mod-Podge. You can’t see, but I did it on both sides.
Once the bottles were completely dry, it was on to the fun part lol. Using twine and burlap, with some mod-podge I attached to tops and bottom of bottles. You can actually do whatever style you prefer and with what you have on hand.
Once they were completed I displayed them on our bar...what a perfect place!
This was my first time doing this particular project and it was pretty simple. Yes, I made a few mistakes but after all, isn’t that how we perfect our craft? I loved the results and cannot wait to work on my Christmas bottles...well once everyone gives me their empty bottles 😉
Enjoyed the project?
