I agree with going to the social security office. Call and make an appointment unless you want to wait a long time, they may be able to help you over the phone too. Perhaps it was just a typo. I would take care of this as soon as possible, you know how long government red tape can take and you don't want to be without your part B for long. Ask them what you need to bring with you for the appointment.
You need to get in touch with your social security office either by phone or in person. They are the only ones that will have your answer.
