I would bet your garage and breezeway walls and ceiling are not insulated. Contact a Blow in insulation contractor for an estimate. It is fairly inexpensive and well worth the money in energy saved.
non of my walls are insulated. there is bat insulation over the house part, the breezeway and garage have vermiculite as insulation...probably asbestos?
the ceilings are insulated.....with vermiculite. There is a hatch in the ceiling.i took a look.
