Before& After: DIY Cottage Bathroom

Check out how we transformed this dated space by turning a dresser into a bathroom vanity and making a one-of-a-kind shell chandelier/bathroom fan.
Dresser Turned Bathroom Vanity
Using a top mount trough sink, we turned this dresser into a fully functioning vanity without losing any drawers.
The oversized mirror actually belongs to my bedroom set inherited from my grandmother. Turned vertically, it was just the right size to visually enlarge the small room.
We installed PVC beadboard and a chair rail.
Fun vintage finds add charm to the room like the addition of the paint by numbers and this market basket for storage.
The shell chandelier is a favorite DIY. Each shell was strung individually to the vintage radiator grate attached to the ceiling. Behind the grate is the bathroom fan and a pendant light.
