Charcoal Stained Micro-topping Garage Floor
This garage floor had a large utility trench cut into it before the current owner purchased the property. The trench was low in the center and high on the sides. The client wanted hide the trench and get the surface to an even texture with a dark stain. We filled the low spots of the trench with a flexible concrete patch material, then ground the whole surface. Two coats of micro-topping were hand troweled on and a semi-transparent stain and sealer were applied.
