A vintage, broken down old wooden Fre-Zee-Zee Deluxe Ice Cream Freezer is repaired to hold garden flowers. Other vintage, junky finds in this post include a red chippy lantern, geranium canisters, a framed 1960's seed packet, an old crate, and a bench. Complete details on my blog.
After receiving this broken down old ice cream freezer free from a junkin' friend, I found a way to repair and repurpose it as a garden planter. The repair details can be found on my blog.
Since it's way too early to plant flowers yet here in northern Minnesota, I am showing the planter with cut daisies.
Also new finds for 2014, an extra large Sweet Pea seed packet, a chippy lantern with faux herbs, and geranium canisters are displayed on a shelf under the covered front patio.
