DIY Faux Coral

What do you do when you love red coral but don't have the budget to shell out the big bucks? You resort to "faux". Ok, get that but what if even the faux is more than what you want to spend on a small piece of home decor? You go faux faux! Yes, that is what I did, made my own faux coral from tacky aquarium decoration coral. Ah... the wonders of spray paint! Actually I wanted to challenge my creative abilities a lit further and even ended up making my own faux coral from scratch using polymer clay. See, that lil guy in the middle? Totally handmade!
All you need to do is spray paint tacky aquarium coral decorations in your favorite color!
Yup, this i show those two looked like "before".
Making your own from polymer clay is not hard, just needs some patience. More pics on the blog.
