The Tea Cart is ready for service!
The tea cart was in poor condition. I sanded and cleaned it, but the top was beyond redemption and I had to think creatively of what I could use for a new inlay.
The Siding was purchased at Home Depot. I cut it to fit my tea cart on my table saw. I used a product called "Jax aging solution" to age the Aluminum. This product can be found online. I used a metal adhesive I also purchased at Home Depot.
A Close up of the Siding looks like a perfectly aged Patina. You would never guess that was Aluminum Siding. It also protects against moisture.
The tea cart looks perfect now with my Yellow and White outdoor Bistro Set.
