My first experience with chalk paint started with a trip to a local thrift store. I had no idea what I was going to do with my purchase, but I'm so thrilled with the result.
I've been on the hunt for a cheap used cabinet I could use as patio decor or a putting bench. I picked this up at the thrift store for $37! I had no idea how I would refinish it. After a little research I chose to try and make my own chalk paint and this is how it ended up.
I found all the displayed decorations at the thrift store also. It turned out amazing. Now it's too nice to be outside!
