How to Use Lavender to Help You Sleep

Studies have shown that lavender helps promote relaxation simply by its scent. If you have insomnia or trouble falling asleep you may want to add lavender into your night routine to help you get the best possible rest.
Make a linen spray to perfume your pillow and sheets. This can also be used as an air freshener. Take it with you on vacation. It will really help freshen your hotel or rental home.
Use fillable tea bags that you can easily buy online or make yourself by cutting up a coffee filter and sewing up the edges. Toss a bag into the water as you fill up the bathtub and relax.
Use a tight lace or thin cotton to make some pillow sachet full of lavender to place inside your pillowcase or in your linen closet to scent your sheets.
