Ombre Wrapped Thriftstore Lamp
Know what's easy to find at a thriftstore? Ugly lamps. This $6 "before" gets an extreme makeover with two simple supplies and my hot glue gun. A few hours of hot gluing later, and... tell me this isn't an improvement? I love a good table lamp and I LOVE a lamp with colorful fun texture like this one! I've since tried the same project with various types of wrapping materials: Sisal, twine... you name it. I'll wrap just about anything!
I used blue so it would match the room in which it was going, but obviously you could wrap it with different colors to suit your decor.
This lamp was 50% off the $12 pricetag. So... a bargain $6.
