This summer comes the inspiration and creativity with driftwood lately I've been collecting on my beach walks.
Looking at the strange shapes of several pieces of wood, I felt were perfect for making a small boats, with just two crossed sticks and a candle.I made candles crochet, and have gotten the rigidity of candles, with a mixture of white glue and water, once dried is perfectly cured. And, you won’t believe how easy it is!

So awesome! I have fond memories of my dad working with driftwood, sanding it to a satin-like touch and then adding a little shine with varnish. Thank you for the inspiration and the nice memories!
