Summer 2014 Flowers
by

(IC: homeowner)
Flowers in my summer shade garden.
On my front porch, These Calibrachoa did not do very well here, as they didn't have enough sun. It's really hard to find things for a shady porch. that gets really no sun.
My front shade garden. I add to every year. Last year I missed digging up my Caladiums and lost them all, and had to purchase all new this spring. I'll not make that mistake again.
Enjoyed the project?

Douglas Hunt on Aug 21, 2014Next season you might try Browalia on your front porch. Cornell University says it "charms the darkest corners of the garden." http://www.gardening.cornell.edu/homegardening/scene3b12.html
