You've Never Seen a Mason Jar Quite Like This

Mason jars have taken over the Internet! Crafts, storage, food, drinks, weddings, decorating, organizing -- there's nothing a mason jar can't do! Which explains why I love them so much. But I guarantee you've never seen a mason jar quite like this one.
I decided to pay homage to the versatile vessel by painting one on a chair using a stencil I designed and cut myself.
I just love how it turned out! You can see the step-by-step instructions for how I painted this chair with milk paint on my blog.

Mason Jar Stenciled Chair painted with Eulalie's Sky Milk Paint
I designed and cut a custom stencil for the seat of this yard sale chair. I used milk paint for the chair and craft paint for the mason jar.
Here's what the chair looked like before I stenciled the mason jar on it. Nothing special.
I guarantee you've never seen a mason jar quite like this one stenciled on a vintage wooden chair. This would be great for a kitchen!

Michaela Kral on Aug 29, 2014If you love mason jars, Scentsy has a new warmer coming out September 1st that is likely to sell out fast. It's a blue mason jar that glows when turned on and has fireflies on it along with the inscription "Remember to chase the fireflies." I'm placing an order as soon as they come available the morning of the 1st. You can see a picture at https://www.facebook.com/RockYourScent (and like my page while you're there). To pre-order, message me on Facebook or email warmerlives@gmail.com.
