Always one of the most rewarding projects. Love the grey you used! -
Jenna, wow great job, girl! I just went over and read all about your stairs. I hadn't seen it before and love it all. I am about to start a stair project at my house & we are installing the pine stair treads. I went back & forth on staining or painting and I think I'm just going to paint mine with my dark chocolate brown paint that goes with my newly painted doors. I love both ways, so it was hard to choose. I'm doing a Dash & Albert runner down mine. I just love what you did, great job! Now can't wait to get to mine. -
I thought I posted a comment here but I don't see it. #newbie Your stairs look so awesome, we are about to redo ours too but we aren't so lucky as to have usable wood under our carpet. Starting over with new, but I can't wait. I love pretty stairs! Great job! -
This make me wish I had stairs to redo. I love the stain you used! -
Jenna - I'm all about carpet less stairs - you really made the staircase a focal point! -
Beautiful staircase, but that chartruse door is fantastic! I love chartruse...painted part of my porch furniture that color and actually have on chartruse nail polish now! -
I love the combination of the stain and paint--so pretty. Great job. -
What a beautiful customization! Makes such a lovely difference :) -
What a great way to showcase something so beautiful! Thanks for sharing over on blogtalk! -
They look amazing! I've been considering doing the same thing, but our carpet is only about 2 years old. I'll have to wait a little longer until my husband would even consider it! Maybe I could spill red wine of them??!?!? ;)
