I've grown tired of looking at my dining room. The wall color was nice but it was all wrong. I was sick of the black. The room look too color heavy with the gold and black
We were on a tight budget of $100.00. So whatever I did I had to make a big impact with little money. My first thought was to paint the set - get rid of the black. I chose Krylon spray paint i brushed nickel.
Chose a pretty fabric to recover the chairs
Painted the legs on the dining set and the black on the china cabinet. After that, it still wasn't quite right so I painted the walls to lighten the room. Re-arranged the artwork and other items and this is the finished look.
The wall color and the metallic color makes the set look almost new.
You can see more photos of the room reveal on my blog
