Dresser Transformation

This is the dresser when I got it. It is a custom order for a customer.
It was originally painted with chalkboard paint and had chalk drawings all over it.
The customer is putting it in a guest room with new bedding in black, white and a little grey. She is painting her walls grey.
I decided I didn't want to paint it black since it was originally black and because I wanted to distress it and wanted black to show through the new color.
I decided on Annie Sloan Paris Grey and Pure White and to paint the black drawer pulls white. I also added new knobs on top drawer.

Hi. This is very pretty. Quick question: The drawer fronts look darker than the dresser - did you mix in black to darken the drawers, or white to lighten the dresser? At what proportion? Any info is most appreciated!
