I would have left them too! So cute. There is not concrete that my dad poured that my sister and I did not put our hands and sometime feet in.

You figure you pay more for the Mexican clay tiles w/chicken feet imprints in them than for those that are perfect. I would have left them in there too.

Haha, yeah, we thought about it but we'll be moving soon since my husband is finishing school and weren't sure if potential buyers would appreciate our rooster and cat's paw prints. I'm sure we will leave them the next time! ;)

Yes--it's awful, isn't it?! We knew we'd only be here briefly while my husband was in school but were okay with putting in the effort for someone else to enjoy. We bought it in the first place so I could keep my horse here and that in itself has been a blessing. We'll be most likely moving on at the end of the year for a job and are hoping to find another fixer-upper acreage wherever we land to keep us busy.

No concrete job is complete until the pets and kids mark it !

Personally I think a potential buyer of an older home like yours would appreciate the animal tracks.

I seriously can't believe you put in all that effort and you'll be moving....Maybe it'll work out that you'll find jobs there and you'll stay and enjoy all your efforts....
