House Salvage

After handing over $50 to someone whose house was being demolished to make way for a warehouse, he gave us free rein to take what we wanted. To date, we've brought home doors, trim, windows, patio furniture, landscaping pavers, antique weathervanes, tools, lumber, etc. Everyone else thought it wasn't worth the effort or cost. Never be afraid of hard work! It just might save you money. ;)
The antique horse weathervane and glass globe lightning rod left on top of the barn.
More wood left behind than we could ever use!
Some of our spoils of salvaging the house. :)
An upclose look at the tin horse weathervane.
With a little spray paint and some new cushions, this outdoor dining set will be beautiful!
