DIY Faux Fur Covered Pumpkins

Ever see those plastic pumpkins at the craft store? They're a great way to decorate for the fall, and the possibilities are endless! I decided to bring some coziness to them and cover them in faux fur!
Here's all the supplies you need!
Pumpkins in the size of your choice.
Start by cutting a hole in the bottom of your pumpkins.
Then poke holes randomly with a pencil if you're going to include lights.
Cut your fabric in strips, tapering them at the tops so that you don't get a big bunch by the stem. Use your hot glue gun to attach the strips, slightly overlapping each one.
Find some branches in your yard and cut off some new stems! Attach a ribbon and voila!

Kathy Healy on Oct 12, 2014What a very cool idea! I like the rustic look. Once again people, just because a thought enters your mind...that doesn't mean you need to share it! I see many things on here that I don't like...I just move on. NEVER would I dream of being rude & insulting to someone sharing their work with us. I grew up in the day that we were taught manners!!! Shame on you! :-(
