Mod Podge BOO Letters

DIY BOO letters with Mod Podge. Such a fan way to add some Halloween decor to your home.

Hers is what you will need:

8″ Cardboard Letters – I bought these at Hobby Lobby

Scrapbook Paper of your choice

Mod Podge – I used the matte finish

Scissors

2 Foam brushes – One for Mod Podge and one for paint

Black Acrylic Paint

Sanding Block or Sandpaper

Directions:

Paint the letters with acrylic paint and let dry

Trace letters onto scrapbook paper

Cut out scrapbook paper

Use the foam brush to cover the letter with Mod Podge

Place scrapbook paper on the letter and smooth out.

Trim off any remaining paper

Sand the edges with your sanding block or sandpaper to blend paper into the letter. I also used a nail file for the center of the O’s because the sand block is too large to use for that area.

Next use the foam brush to coat the front on the letter with Mod Podge. This will seal the paper and gives it a nice finish. It does not take much. Let dry.

That is it. Now you have a cute decoration for Halloween.
