Decorating an all white Master Bathroom
by
Sunita P
(IC: homeowner)
I painted the walls two different colors that matched my fabric. I bought supplies to make an ataman, no sow window treatments, extra fabric for a rug and a large plant.
*Project Steps:
The high ceiling in this room took a little more time to paint. I started cutting two circles out my plywood for the ataman. Once I had all my wooden parts, I stained them. This project just needed to be staple gunned and screwed together. Same thing with the window treatments, staple gun the fabric to some wood and screw it into the window frame. The cornice in the powder room is a little different for interest. Lowe's had these great bamboo roman shades on clearance for $3. They give off great filtered light and just happened the be the right color. Adding a rug and large plant filled the room.
Advice:
Have fun with your decorating. This bathroom looked totally different "all white". There was no need for major remodeling, just add color.
