Ambrosia Maple Vanity
I built this vanity for fun..from a fallen tree. This is what I love to do. I will build a matching mirror and post a picture of it soon.
Advice:
I would not like to see any fallen trees go to waste with beautiful figure like this. If you have one, make something from it.

Hey really nice. Is this old growth forest tree? You don't find that kind of grain any more. i have an old cedar cabinet. It sucks but I could use the high grain wood. Your vanity is priceless. How did you go from tree to useable lumber?

Amazing....The wood, all the work you went through to get it to where you could built such a treasure.....thank you for the explanation of the ambrosia beetle and wood etc. I would buy this, no questions asked. I actually would be interested in purchasing something from you....Im in Calif. Lets figure something out...:)
