Repairing my garage door. I am going to brace the top of the door and reconnect the garage door opener arm back to the door.
*My motivation to do this project:
The arm that connects the garage door opener to the garage door has pulled away from the door. This has made the garage door opener inoperable.
Advice:
Very easy project.
Materials:
2 X Angle Iron - $15.00

Angle Iron I will be using for the repair.
How the angle iron will be sitting on the top of the door.
Another peice of angle iron to help support the arm and top of the door connection.

Very interesting, I will keep this project in the back of my mind. Hopefully I won’t run into the same problem. One can only hope products are made durable and long lasting.

Garge door up keep is very important Eric you might get a can of lithium grase and spray your tracks and rollers. It will not stain cloths and can be use for many things in your house. I think its better than WD40.
