Pendant Lights

I bought a new construction home that has a few upgrades, such as granite and hardwoods, but there are a few areas I would like to change. One of them being to install 2 pendant lights above my kitchen island. There is currently 9 recessed lights in my kitchen and one is centered above my island.
*My motivation to do this project:
It will add some intereste above the island and stand out from the other kitchens in the neighborhood.
