What is the most economical way to upgrade the hardware, vanity and cabinets? I would like to get granite and antique bronze fixtures.
  • How about refacing te cabinet doors? They do it for kitchen why not for the bathroom cabintes, chaage yr hardware for the cabinets to match the style. As sunitha said go to the source they are cheaper and you also get variety. I never seem to find the the right granite at HD or Lowes. For a recent bathroom remodel I recommended an unfinised vanity from Builders Surplus, The client was happy wit the quality, so it depends form one person to another. They also have some nice vanity that you can get less epensive. Froma design point of view, why dont you break that vanity space into 2, install 2 seperate vanity,2 seperate mirriors tile the counter top with granit tile and use vessel sinks above. This may save you some money.
