floor refinish 3 rooms

Completed for a client.....Finish in kitchen and dining room was old light colored oak. Living room was newer but a tropical hardwood. After sanding down the kitchen and dining room a dark stain was applied and the entire three rooms were finished with 3 coats of a oil based poly. The living room was lightly screened prior to refinishing.
Light screening is a great way to refresh a finish with out a big mess. If this is done before the finish wears through it is pretty quick and inexpensive.
