I posted a question a few weeks ago about painting concrete walls with dents and peeling paint.

In the end, I scrubbed the walls down, scrapped the really peeling paint with a scrapper, and used putty to try and fix the walls up. I then painted them over. Looks a lot better! See pics for before and after views.
