A Rustic (and Easy) Fall Mantel

I love decorating for Fall. It's such a cozy and wonderful time. Using some crafting bits and bobs, and some fresh gourds and pumpkins, I created this mantel-scape to celebrate the changing colours!
This little owl already lived on the mantel, but the rest has joined him for the season.
I love how these candlesticks turned out. See how they USED to look on the blog post below.
The floral sprays of berries added some great colour and interest.
I think my most favourite is this "horn of plenty" (as my daughter calls it) with gourds cascading out. (Sources are in the blog post)
I feel like this little guy is looking over the place. Such a rich palette of oranges and reds...
