Faux Mantel Decorated for Fall
by

I'm one of those homeowners that has the big TV hole above the fireplace. Yeah, not very pretty to decorate when there's a big ol' TV sitting on the mantel. So, I created a faux mantel from an old door and a shelf and decorated it for fall!
Old maps, lantern, and natural elements make a beautiful display for fall.
Dried okra pods, hydrangeas, and dollar Tree pumpkins (that I painted white with chalk paint fit this vignette better than orange...although I love orange too!)
Preserved oak leaves and a candle wrap made from upholstery webbing with "autumn" written across it.
