Upcycle that Boring Cube Storage!

I took a bare basic 6 cube storage piece, added a wood top, some veneer to the sides and legs. Now it's a showpiece! #ProudestDIY #Love2Repurpose #Recycle
Time: 3 Hours Cost: $45 Difficulty: Moderate

    Add 1x2 legs, braced across the base of the piece. Add a solid wood top and veneer panels to the sides. Find some bins that fit the center cubes and add veneer...

    Here is the cube flipped on its side with legs and wood top glued and nailed in place

    Wood veneer added to the sides and stained with an oak coloured stain

    Well it sure looks awesome. An absolutely brilliant idea too. I've transformed an MDF/press board piece of furniture before too. It's fun to make them look "real".
