$10 Drawers

I bought this set of drawers off Facebook for $10. I loved the shape of it! It was pretty rough around the edges though to start. I couldn't even open the top drawer at all! The top bits where a mirror had once been had to be removed.

It sat at my house for a few weeks while I waited for inspiration to hit. Then it did. I mixed my color, popped it up on my kitchen table and away we went. I finally managed to get the drawers out.
I mixed the chalk paint during nap time and quickly put a coat on before I had to trek out to get my other kids.
I was quickly in love and couldn't wait to finish it. I worked on it every spare moment for the next 2 days.
I took it outside to sand and scuff it a bit. Then put these cute little knobs on that I picked up for $2

I also quickly did the inside of the drawers.
It sold quickly, but I still miss it. I finished it off with CeCe Caldwell's finishing wax which I LOVE and there you have it. $12 well spent!

Yes I did keep all the pieces. No mirror unfortunately but I;m waiting for inspiration to hit for the other pieces. :)
